President Elect
The President Elect serves a term of two years, succeeding to the office of President upon completion of that term. The President Elect serves as Presiding Officer of the Division in the absence of the President.

Treasurer
The Treasurer serves a term of two years. The Treasurer is the Chairperson of the Finance Committee, oversees the management of funds, prepares an annual budget for the Board approval, and presents financial reports at all Board meeting, to include an annual report to the membership at an annual general membership meeting.

Regional Eastern Vice President and Southeastern Vice President
The Regional Vice Presidents serve a two year term. They represent their respective regions of the state from which they are elected and must reside in the region they represent. They may, at their discretion or at the request of the Board, call regional membership meeting, hold regional conferences, and engage in other business as is consistent with the aims of the Division and necessary to fulfill the needs of the various regions? members. The regional Vice Presidents are elected solely by voting members of the region in which they reside.

Elections Committee Members
Election Committee Members serve a term of three years. The Elections Committee prepares a slate for each position, determines the eligibility and willingness of each nominee to stand for election, and oversees the election.
